What iTech Level is
iTech Level publishes buying guides and product information for gaming laptops, headphones, earbuds and everyday tech. We are an independent, reader-supported website. We are not a store: we don’t sell products, take orders, process payments or ship anything. Our product pages and “Check price on Amazon” buttons send you to Amazon, where any purchase happens.
Affiliate disclosure
As an Amazon Associate, iTech Level earns from qualifying purchases. When you buy through a link on this site, Amazon may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Orders, shipping and returns
Because every purchase is made on Amazon (or the retailer you’re sent to), that retailer handles your order, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty claims under its own policies. iTech Level can’t see, change, track or refund your order.
- Order status and tracking: check “Your Orders” in your Amazon account.
- Returns and refunds: follow Amazon’s return process for the item, or the seller’s policy if it’s sold by a third party on Amazon.
- Warranty and defects: contact the manufacturer or seller; warranty terms are set by them, not by iTech Level.
Prices and availability
Prices, deals and stock change constantly. We give typical price ranges rather than exact prices, and the price shown on Amazon at checkout is the one that applies. We can’t guarantee that a product is still available or offered at a particular price.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep product details accurate, using manufacturer specifications, published measurements and owner reviews. Specifications can change and mistakes can happen, so please confirm important details (such as compatibility or dimensions) on the retailer’s or manufacturer’s page before you buy. iTech Level doesn’t test products hands-on unless a guide says so. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll fix it.
