What iTech Level is
iTech Level publishes buying guides and product information for gaming laptops, headphones, earbuds and everyday tech. We are an independent, reader-supported website. We are not a store: we don’t sell products, take orders, process payments or ship anything. Our product pages and buy buttons send you to Amazon or to another retailer, such as a brand’s own online store, where any purchase happens.
Affiliate disclosure
iTech Level is reader-supported. When you buy through links on this site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, iTech Level earns from qualifying purchases. We also participate in affiliate programs from other retailers and brands, such as Razer, through the Impact affiliate network. Links to those stores are marked with their name, for example “at Razer.com”. Commissions never decide which products we recommend or how we rank them. Orders, shipping and returns
Because every purchase is made on Amazon (or the retailer you’re sent to), that retailer handles your order, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty claims under its own policies. iTech Level can’t see, change, track or refund your order.
- Order status and tracking: check “Your Orders” in your Amazon account, or your order confirmation from the retailer you bought from.
- Returns and refunds: follow Amazon’s return process for the item, or the seller’s policy if it’s sold by a third party on Amazon. For other retailers, follow that store’s return policy.
- Warranty and defects: contact the manufacturer or seller; warranty terms are set by them, not by iTech Level.
Prices and availability
Prices, deals and stock change constantly. We give typical price ranges rather than exact prices, and the price shown by the retailer at checkout is the one that applies. We can’t guarantee that a product is still available or offered at a particular price.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep product details accurate, using manufacturer specifications, published measurements and owner reviews. Specifications can change and mistakes can happen, so please confirm important details (such as compatibility or dimensions) on the retailer’s or manufacturer’s page before you buy. iTech Level doesn’t test products hands-on unless a guide says so. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Our content is general buying information, not professional, technical or financial advice. You’re responsible for deciding whether a product is right for you.
