What Verified Buyers are saying on AMAZON

Was a good computer until the Nitrosense button stopped working, so I deleted it as was recommended and reinstalled it from the Acer store and while setting up the app it deleted Nitrosense services and when attempting again to get Nitrosense installed a window appears saying this computer doesn't support it. Now I have a key on my keyboard that's nothing more than wasted space.

Update: After downloading the app again it decided to work again, I don't know why it didn't the first time but at least I got the button to work again.

I love this computer but I was very upset about the laptop not having a DVD player to watch movies or a way to charge with USB C. It has one USB C port for data (that’s all). It doesn’t have the best sound either. It’s VERY Fast with gaming though. So if you can get past not being able to play your movies or having to use speakers to hear anything, than this is a good pc for you. I have two big games (Sims 4 and Minecraft) in the laptop that run perfectly fine so it does it’s purpose. Both are heavily modded as well (I never get lags). The thing that bothers me the most however is the lack of ways to charge the laptop. I can’t charge it in a car. I also wish I didn’t have to buy movies ON THE LAPTOP to watch them. Overall 3 stars because you could do better. Would be perfect with a DVD player and a USB C charging port considering I paid over 1,000 for it. Also better sound quality please. Consider all this with the next version.
