Some people have problems with random and frequent disconnect/reconnects from the wireless dongle. You here a beep-boop and then lose sound for a few seconds then beep-boop and it’s back.

I found that removing the charging cable from the PC while it wasn’t in use (I charge it from a wall outlet now) and uninstalling the Logitech G software completely eliminated any disconnects.

I used to get the disconnect every 10 to 15 mins and since removing the cable and the software I have not had one disconnect in over 20 hours of use.

My best headset so far. I have owned this headset now for 5 and a half years, my wife bought it for me for Xmas that year, but I picked it myself after researching for a new headset.

My previous headsets were G35 (owned 2). G430 (Gave them away when I got these) and I don’t remember before that.

The headset occasionally stops working then resets on its own. This leaves me with around 15 seconds of silence. There are frequent updates that keep patching the same thing. I’ve had to update my headset in order to fix a bug where the mic wouldn’t be off after being pulled down around 5 times. The head pain issues went away after a while but seem to come back occasionally.
